Gavin Maude founded Pemberton Partners in 2007. He entered the recruitment industry in 1999 and by combining 20 years of search experience in London with his earlier life in Africa, 10 years as a Gurkha Officer in the British Army, followed with his recent experience in a financial technology company, he has become a versatile and unique headhunter.
