Pemberton Partners Limited Qatar (PP Qatar) is a Qatar Financial Centre (QFC)—licensed firm based in Tornado Tower. Established in March 2020, our office was created to provide clients in Qatar with on—the—ground support for their hiring needs while also addressing out—of—market recruitment requirements across the GCC and Africa.

Working closely with Pemberton Partners UK (PP UK)—established in 2007 and covering the North American and European markets—PP Qatar focuses on two key verticals:

 

  •  Expatriate Talent

We specialize in moving talented expatriates from around the world into high—profile roles with our clients in Qatar. As market leaders, we excel in understanding the global talent pool—identifying, screening, closing, and relocating candidates and their families to Qatar.

Led by Eldelene Janse van Rensburg (Doha) and Greig Thomson (Cape Town), and supported by Gavin Maude (London), our team has achieved significant success across multiple sectors and functions, executing searches from mid—level management to C—Suite roles.

 

  •  Qatarization

In May 2024, we launched a dedicated Qatarization team focused on recruiting Qatari Nationals to align with Qatar National Vision (QNV) 2030. In a short time, the team has successfully partnered with key clients in the Banking, Free Zone, and Agricultural sectors, placing candidates in mid—level leadership roles.

Led by Bachini Anne (Doha) and supported by Gavin Maude (London), who is dedicated to C—Suite placements, our mission is to become market leaders in identifying and developing Qatari talent at all levels.

We continue to specialize in the Financial, Technology, Oil & Gas, Free Zone, Consulting, Agricultural, and other emerging sectors, developing expertise in identifying both local and international talent.
