In 2015, Pemberton Partners undertook a comprehensive review of its recruitment methodologies to enhance the level of support and sophistication provided to clients and candidates, while also accelerating delivery timeframes.

As part of this initiative, in 2016 the firm centralised all research and administrative functions into a single division based in Dubai, before offshoring the function to Manila in 2019 to further scale capacity and efficiency.

Today, this division provides the group with round-the-clock, year-round support, and has evolved into a market-leading research function. This structure enables our partners and consultants to focus on the value-added elements of executive search—building relationships, advising clients, and delivering assignments with speed, precision, and excellence.

The division’s success and reputation have led to its direct engagement by clients on a number of high-profile recruitment projects—initiatives that were managed internally but required external research expertise.
