His international experience has shaped him into a versatile and dynamic headhunter, enabling him to build and lead Pemberton Partners’ global offering with a uniquely informed perspective.
With over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Gavin has successfully established and grown contingency and executive search franchises across multiple sectors and geographies.
Throughout his career, he has executed numerous complex senior-level searches and team moves across a wide range of functions, including Business, Risk, Finance, Project Management & Change, Compliance, Legal, PR & Marketing, Audit, HR, and Operations.
Gavin’s combination of global insight, deep market expertise, and hands-on leadership continues to define the ethos and success of Pemberton Partners.

Tracy has 29 years of experience in Financial Services and FinTech, with a strong track record as COO, Strategy & Transformation Advisor, Chief Transformation Officer, Chief of Staff, and Head of Product Operations & Corporate Services. She is recognized for driving large-scale business transformation, delivering complex agile change programs, building new teams, growing revenue, and improving operational efficiency across global organizations.
Tracy’s career spans from Senior Director to C-Suite senior leadership roles at Vantage Point, Global Processing Services, Allvue Systems, Worldpay, and nearly a decade at Credit Suisse where she served as Global COO and Transformation Program Director, as well as EMEA Chief of Staff. Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years at Bank One (First National Bank of Chicago) progressing to VP, Head of Derivatives Product Control Line in London and Chicago.
Alongside her corporate career, Tracy has also been a Company Director of her own ventures and has held leadership roles in charity fundraising and events. She is known for her ability to lead and inspire global teams, influence senior stakeholders, and champion corporate culture, ESG, DEI, and Conduct & Ethics initiatives.
Tracy is widely recognized for her leadership and advocacy: Winner of the WIBF (Women in Banking & Finance) Champion for Women award, shortlisted for the WIBF Team Diversity Award, and named in Brummell magazine’s Top 30 Inspirational Women Influencers in the City. She is also a Credit Suisse Diversity Champion and recipient of the Global CFO Award for Partnership.

BUSINESS PARTNER - QATAR LEAD
Eldelene Janse van Rensburg is based in Qatar and is a Business Partner at Pemberton Partners responsible for our Qatar hub. Her experience in Human Resources and Technology has contributed to her success in providing our clients with market leading support and attracting and hiring top talent from all over the world.

Eldelene has over 12 years of industry experience and is a market leader, specialising in the financial services and oil and gas sectors where she collaborates closely with clients and oversees the Middle East region managing some key clients for Pemberton Partners.

Eldelene was born in South Africa, where she grew up in Pretoria and earned her honors degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. She has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and IT Technology, covering Middle East and Africa and brings both in-house and consulting experience to Pemberton Partners.

Living in Doha with her husband and two kids. She enjoys spending time outdoors where she can be found at the beach. Eldelene also loves supporting her husband and son at Doha Rugby Club and her daughter on the gymnastics stage.

Greig has over 17 years' experience in Financial Services Head hunting and HR, covering Europe, MENA, North America and Asia.

Degree educated and holding a CIPD diploma, Greig joined Pemberton Partners in 2020 and brought both in-house and search recruitment experience to the firm.

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Greig has lived and worked overseas in several countries in Europe and the Middle East.
​
After 20 years as an expat, he has returned back home to Cape Town to run Pemberton Partners operations from South Africa where he has executed mandates in North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

BUSINESS PARTNER - QATARIZATION
Bachini Anne is based in Qatar and is a Business Partner at Pemberton Partners where she specializes in Qatarization. Bachini has a passion for Human Capital, predominantly in Talent Acquisition, Qatarization, Learning and Development where she has held pivotal roles in guiding and developing careers.

Bachini is originally from Sri–Lanka, attained her Master’s degree from the University of Northampton UK, along with Diploma’s in Human Resource Management and Human Rights. She has over 15+ years experience in leading Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications and Freight Forwarding sectors in Qatar. She has been an in–house Recruiter, Headhunting niche roles in the Middle East, Europe and Asian region and her exemplary work has seen her being Awarded 10 Shukran’s from the Financial Services and Oil & Gas sectors.

Bachini has placed 14 Qatari Nationals from Vice President to Associate levels for a leading Bank in Qatar in the past 12 months She has a passion in screening and then supporting and motivating individuals through their careers at key points and ensuring that her clients are able to hire technical individuals that also have strong cultural fits within the team and organization. She is very good at building relationships with individuals at all levels and her ability to do what is best for individuals along with her energy and enthusiasm set her aside from her peers.
Bachini has lived in Qatar since 2010 and travelled across 20 Countries across the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. She enjoys the outdoors, Skydiving, Ziplining, Safaris, Nature and mostly spending time by the beachside in new destinations.
